Developed for high-efficiency carton production, our automatic high speed flute laminating machine efficiently and accurately bonds face paper (typically the top layer of corrugated cardboard) to the corrugated core, creating high-quality corrugated board. Our machine utilizes a fully servo-controlled system, enhancing productivity, precision, and intelligent operation. This system allows for precise control of paper feeding, gluing, lamination, and other processes. It intelligently adjusts various parameters based on the characteristics of different paper types, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality stability.
Developed with a high-end four-suction, five-feed high-speed feeder capable of delivering up to 18,000 sheets per hour, this section ensures powerful suction and smooth paper feeding. Equipped with a Roland adjustment structure, the paper pushing speed can be adjusted arbitrarily according to product needs. The paper stacking and conveying can be completed smoothly and stably. The stacking height of the paper is controlled by a photoelectric device, which makes the paper stacking stable and flat. It is also equipped with a side blower system to assist in the smooth conveying of large-format paper.
Adopts an imported perforated belt air suction paper feeding mechanism with strong suction and smooth paper conveying. Applicable paper: Cardboard above 350g/m² and A, B, C, D, E, F, N flute and three-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer cardboard. High-speed paper conveying is smooth and accurate.
Features a high-precision patterned roll and adhesive roll with automatic liquid level control. Operates at high speed without glue overflow and allows for adjustable glue return to ensure consistent adhesive application.
Incorporates an industry-unique splined shaft drive that synchronizes paper feeding on both sides of the fan, reducing paper skew. Combined with a servo correction system, it minimizes alignment errors and enhances bonding precision.
The main roller bearings are equipped with an oil supply lubrication system. Rollers that contact glue are protected by a skeleton oil seal to prevent adhesive damage, while periodic addition of high-temperature-resistant grease extends bearing lifespan.
The automatic high-speed flute laminating machine can be equipped with an optional sheet flipper. After the lamination process is completed on one side of the paper, the sheet flipper quickly and accurately grabs the paper and smoothly flips it 180 degrees, so the other side faces up, ready for subsequent lamination operations, such as bonding different materials or applying special coatings.
At the same time, it can effectively correct position deviations and directional errors that occur in the paper during the transfer process, ensuring that the paper enters the subsequent process in the correct position. In addition, in the face of diverse lamination process requirements, whether it is high-end packaging requirements for precise front-side lamination first and then back-side reinforcement treatment, or other complex processes, the sheet flipper can flexibly deal with it, greatly improving the quality and efficiency of lamination, and can provide strong support for the entire lamination production process.
