In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment, the electrical components we choose are all from internationally renowned brands: frequency converters from Swiss ABB, programmable controllers and human-machine interface from Japanese Fuji, electrical components such as relays and circuit breakers from Japanese Omron, Izumi, and Schneider, motors from German Siemens, paper conveying belts from Japanese NITTA, chains from German IWIS, bearings from Japanese NSK, etc. These parts also ensure that the accuracy of our equipment can reach ±0.1mm/±0.075mm.

We continuously innovate and introduce new products. At the end of 2017, we launched the HF-1060MTE fully automatic flatbed die cutting & foil stamping machine, which marked a breakthrough in automation and intelligence. This machine automatically adjusts feeder, paper feeding, push/pull guides, and paper collection positions based on the die-cut paper size, with supplementary manual micro-adjustment—dramatically improving production efficiency and precision. In response to market demand, our technical team introduced the HF-1060RF fully automatic flatbed die cutting & heavy-duty stripping machine in June 2018, which not only supports deep embossing but also integrates efficient waste removal functions.
